This is a HYTORC Model 7 Hydraulic Torque Wrench. It has a link that reads 3-7/16 but measures to be a 3-1/2 Link. Okay, I see that the inside actually reads 3-1/2. It has been used and has some cosmetic flaws but should still be ready to work.
