This is a CNC Lathe Boring Bar Holder. I do not know the maker or model number. It holds 2″ tools. By my measure, the keyway is 0.98″ wide and the bolt pattern is 3.72″ X 2.56″. It has been used and has some wear and could use a little cleaning. It does have some surface rust.
