Clausing Colchester Handwheel Assembly
If your lathe has an injured handwheel, here is one that came off of a 13 inch. It is in good shape but will need some cleaning. As you can see, this is the part that slides over the splined shaft portion of the cross screw (screw in another sale as well as nut and crossfeed table).
