This is a SIOUX TOOLS Pneumatic Tapper. Model: TP9A-4C32. It is reversible and has a Free Speed of 400 RPM. It can tap a maximum of 1/4″ Steel and 5/16″ Aluminum. It comes with a rubber collet but may need others in order to utilize the full range of taps. It has been used and has some wear and surface rust but we did hook it up to air and it did rotate in both directions.
