This is a SECO Slotting Cutter. Stamped into it is:
“737 SECO TOOLS FRANCE”
“335 19 08 00 04 ‘
This item has an 8″ OD and a 1″ arbor hole with 1/4″ keyway. By my measure it cuts a slot of 1/4″. It appears to have been lightly used and has an arbor bushing added by the previous owner. It is in pretty nice shape.
